Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves of respecting our clients time at Pure Beauty. We ask that our clients do the same for us. For all appointments 72 hours (3 days) notice is required to change or cancel your appointment. Anything after this time period will be charged 50% of the service fee.
If you cancel or no show for your appointment on the day of your service, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
For services that require a deposit, this deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before the cancellation window, the deposit will be put on your account as a credit to use towards a future service. If you cancel you appointment after the cancellation widow, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the remaining balance of the missed appointment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES OR LATER WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 50% FEE AND YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY.
